in this challenge we have a cipher image that contains image pallets

to search for it there is a that gathers all those weird symbol ciphers called dcode https://www.dcode.fr/symbols-ciphers

and now let's search for a cipher that is the same as the one we have and after searching we will find that the cipher is HEXAHU Cipher

and now click on the go to hexahue

and now we have to start selecting pallete by pallete until we enter all the ones in the challnege image

but if we do so we will not find the pallets here the reason is the image should be rotated 180 degrees
