in order to open the database file and view its content we are going to use Thumbcache Viewer

Thumbcache Viewer allows you to extract thumbnail images from the thumbcache_.db database files. make sure to install it from the link below

open the program and import the thumbcache

after accessing each entry and viewing its content the entry number 19 contains the flag in a png image
